M. Lizelle Salvador

Marisol Lizelle Salvador

Marisol Lizelle Salvador founded The John D.V. Salvador Foundation (JDVSF) in remembrance of her eldest brother, John, to support and protect at-risk children. Prior to establishing the Foundation, Lizelle worked as an Associate on Goldman Sachs International’s Credit Derivative Trading Desk in London and previously as an Analyst on Goldman Sachs & Co.’s Loan Syndication and Trading Desk in New York. Her tenure at Goldman Sachs was preceded by a position as a Mergers and Acquisitions Paralegal at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.In her role with the Foundation, Lizelle manages and oversees all administration, fundraising and development—including the efficient and strict disbursement of money donated for JDVSF initiatives—and works to identify and explore new avenues for furthering the JDVSF’s mission.

Hugo Bänziger

Treasurer, Member of the Board

Hugo Bänziger

Hugo Banziger is a partner at Lombard Odier, the Geneva based Private Bank in Switzerland. He also chairs the EUREX Group, Europe’s largest exchange for traded options and financial futures. From 2006 to 2012, Hugo was a Member of Deutsche Bank’s Management Board and its Chief Risk Officer, responsible for risk, capital, liquidity, legal, compliance and security. Hugo Banziger holds a PhD in Economic History from the University of Bern in Switzerland and served as Lieutenant-Colonel in the Swiss Armed Forces. He is a visiting Professor at the Lee Kwan Yew Institute for Public Policy in Singapore and at the London School of Economics in London. He also serves on the board of the International Committee of the Red Cross and chairs its audit committee.

In his role with the foundation, Hugo Banziger works primarily to promote donations to the foundation and manages the efficient and strict disbursement of these funds toward JDVSF initiatives.

Eunice Cheng Chua

Eunice Cheng Chua is a mother of three children, a principal in her family-owned printing business, the Artland Printer Enterprises, Inc., in Manila, Philippines, and a Board Treasurer and Outreach Director for the St. Martin de Porres residence in Bulacan. In 2002, Eunice played an active role in helping Father Florentino Concepcion found a soup kitchen for the street children of Manila. When it became clear that the children needed shelter as well, they broadened the mission and founded the St. Martin de Porres residence. Eunice now focuses her efforts mainly on St. Martin’s affairs and administration in Manila, paying weekly visits to the children of St. Martin de Porres.Eunice assists in managing and overseeing projects at the St. Martin de Porres home on behalf of the JDVSF.

Ellen C. Goodridge

Ellen C. Goodridge

Ellen C. Goodridge is Head of Worldwide Media Management & Distribution for Amazon Studios / Prime Video in Los Angeles. In addition to leading a premium digital content services group that delivers global Amazon Originals movies and series from Amazon Studios through to Prime Video and freevee, Ellen has gathered extensive experience in the Internet business over the course of a twenty-plus year career based in New York and Los Angeles. Ellen has had the privilege of serving the John D.V. Salvador Foundation and the children it supports since its inception. She helps to support communication, fundraising and other operations of the Foundation. Ellen lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.

Tracy McNamara

Communications Director

Tracy McNamara is a Writer/Editor in Risk Communications at Deutsche Bank in New York. She writes Spotlight, Risk’s internal magazine, and works on numerous other communications initiatives such as building intranet sites, planning Townhalls, networking events and Bank-wide marketing campaigns. She served as an editor at various consumer and trade magazines prior to joining DB.

Tracy lends her communications, marketing and project management skills to furthering the cause of the Foundation.

Mia Martin

Secretary for John D.V. Salvador Foundation, Philippines

JDVSF is honoured to welcome Mia Martin as a Board Member for the Philippines incorporation of the Foundation. She was appointed on November 21, 2013 and will serve as our company secretary. Mia is a partner at Platon Martinez Flores San Pedro & Leaño Law Offices in the Philippines. During her legal career she has worked on corporate acquisitions, intellectual property rights and civil cases.

Carmelita H. Salvador

The JDVSF mourns the passing in February 2019 of Carmelita Salvador. Ms. Salvador was instrumental in creating the JDVSF by introducing Founding Board Members M. Lizelle Salvador and Hugo Banziger to Fr. Boyet of San Martin de Porres as well as Eunice Cheng Chua. Throughout the 14 year history of the JDVSF. Ms. Salvador played a key role in planning, development and execution of all key initiatives through her close involvement and support, from her home in Manila and in frequent site visits to SMDP. She leaves behind a large extended family in both the Philippines and the USA, and a legacy of kindness, caring and generosity to her family, her community and the JDVSF.
